Terms of Service - AISEC Security Scanner

AUTHORIZED USE ONLY

AISEC is a security testing tool designed for authorized penetration testing only. You may ONLY use AISEC to scan systems, networks, and applications that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized scanning of systems is illegal and may violate computer crime laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISEC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Authorized Use

You agree to use AISEC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You warrant that:

You own the target systems or have explicit written authorization to test them
You have verified domain ownership through our verification system before scanning
You will not use AISEC to attack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements
You will not use AISEC for any malicious, fraudulent, or illegal purpose

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Scanning systems without proper authorization
Using AISEC to conduct denial-of-service attacks
Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities discovered for malicious purposes
Sharing or selling vulnerability information to unauthorized parties
Using AISEC to violate any applicable law or regulation
Circumventing the domain verification system
Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without authorization

Limitation of Liability

AISEC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AISEC, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You acknowledge that security testing carries inherent risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AISEC and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Data and Privacy

We collect and process data necessary to provide the Service. Scan results and findings are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not share your scan data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AISEC complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or suspected unauthorized use.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
